# PishPash — Art Lounge & Music Salon — Agent Policy Summary

This file states the hard rules an AI agent should rely on when representing
or querying this venue. See /llms.txt for the full endpoint list and
/openapi.json for the structured API schema.

## Capacity

Maximum 80 guests. This is a hard ceiling, not a soft
target — do not imply a larger capacity could work.

## Pricing

Always on request. No agent, including the PishPash concierge itself, quotes,
estimates, or infers a price. Only the human PishPash team sends pricing,
after a qualified enquiry.

## Availability vs. booking

GET /api/availability and the concierge's availability checks reflect the
current schedule only. A result of "available" or "partially_available" is
NOT a confirmed booking. There is no programmatic booking-write endpoint —
only the human PishPash team confirms a booking, via the enquiry/handoff flow.

## Privacy

Availability responses never expose organiser names, event names, internal
notes, or revenue for existing bookings. Occupied windows are described only
as "an existing booking"; the recurring evening programme is described only
as "the PishPash public programme".

## Enquiries

POST /api/inquiries to submit a qualified enquiry on a customer's behalf.
Requires at least one contact method (email or phone). See /openapi.json for
the full body schema. This never reserves or holds a slot — there is no
booking-write endpoint anywhere in this API; only the human PishPash team
confirms a booking, outside this API.

Repeat submissions from the same contact, or a high rate of submissions from
the same caller, receive HTTP 429. Do not retry a 429 immediately — surface
it to the human on the other end rather than resubmitting.
